Please share any experience you've had with your water utility sharing public health information with your community. How was this information communicated? Was the information straightforward and helpful?

I do not get info from my utility. The communication is very poor. I only know there is a problem if I notice there is no water pressure or if I see crews out working. No info on web page or news. No phone call. Only Facebook and not everybody has FB. Notifications should be made to an updated phone number.
